Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
In general, you have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it.
If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy stated in this page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must follow the below conditions.
- Return Days: 10
- Available Actions: Replacement only
- In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.
- For branded products, if no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
- For non branded products, if a defect is determined within the Return Days, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.
- All products in this category are not returnable due to their nature of the customization.
- Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail.
While processing the returns request, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Correct Product:
- IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
- Complete Product:
- All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
- Unused Product:
- The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled.
- Undamaged Product:
- The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
- Undamaged Packaging:
- Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
- In certain cases when it is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
- In any case, only one Refund/Replacement/Exchange shall be provided wherever applicable.
- In any case, Liability of the product is restricted to the sale price of the product.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over 500 INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
